How to Use
For facial exfoliation, apply 1-2 times a week on freshly cleansed damp skin in light circular motions for 30 seconds. Remove with cool water and follow up with your Truth Treatment Systems regimen.

I’m 50. Dry dehydrated skin because of my thyroid desease and I also have very sensitive skin. This product is a miracle. I use it twice a week after watching my face. Tried it on my arms and legs first, works really well. Would NOT use it on my face. Pumice pieces are big and sharp feeling on my older skin.
