All U.S. orders, regardless of size, qualify for FREE shipping over $50

We ship via USPS and FedEx. If you need faster shipping, you can choose from the Priority Mail option with USPS or the 2Day option with FedEx which expedites your order in the warehouse. The latter option is our fastest service. Most expedited orders will ship within 1 business day.
For all other orders, please allow 1-3 business days for processing on in stock items. And it could be longer processing times if your order includes in high demand products.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing times will be longer during sale events, product launches, and high volume times. Please understand and keep this in mind.

Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number.
Most U.S. orders can be expected within 2 business days after shipping. Please note that free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, postal errors, postal delays, transportation failures and acts of nature. If your carrier tracking shows a delivery status's service has been fulfilled and the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier regarding a claim.

If you did not include the correct shipping information and the package is marked as undeliverable or is returned to sender, then the customer is responsible for the $10 shipping fee to reship.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before you checkout; we do not offer refunds or reships on orders that were shipped to the wrong address.

Missing Packages / Package Protection

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you wait at least 3 more business days before reaching out to us. Some carriers will mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Skin Truth isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do offer Route Package Protection at checkout. This will protect your package in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged.

If the package has been delivered to you, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier that delivered your item to report your missing package. Skin Truth is not able to offer a refund on a package that was delivered but not received. If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout, follow the instructions provided via email or access their website/app to file a claim. If your claim is approved, Route will reimburse you for your full order OR place a replacement order on your behalf at no additional cost to you.

Receipt of Incorrect Product

If you receive the incorrect product in your order, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label via email to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will immediately inspect and ship the correct product to you.

Returned products must be unopened and unused. If a product is returned opened and/or used, we are no longer obligated to ship the correct product.

We aim to provide the best service possible but we can sometimes make a mistake and send you the wrong product. It’s never our intention to disappoint our customers and offer our sincerest apologies if this ever happens.

Defective or Damaged Product (USA ONLY)

If a product exchange needs to be made due to a defect, please email us at within 48 hours of receipt to notify us of the defect. Skin Truth will issue a return label, and the original product MUST be mailed back to the return address. A replacement will be sent to you when the original has been received and inspected by Skin Truth. This process can take up to 7 business days. Notification of a product defect after the 48-hour period renders the product ineligible for return or exchange. Skin Truth reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee.

Refused Packages

Orders returned to us because they were refused are subject to a credit on account after the return has reached us and is deemed unopened and in saleable condition.

A fee of $20 for postage and transaction fees will be deducted from the credit. The package can be reshipped after the postage has been paid.

Freight Forwarding Services

If you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, Skin Truth cannot be held liable for any transaction with the forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Skin Truth will no longer be liable for the package. If you purchased Route Package Protection, their coverage only extends to the shipping address on your order, not any location where it may be forwarded to. Please be aware that items purchased from Skin Truth are only warranted within the United States. All sales to freight forwarders are final. Skin Truth is not liable for any issues from a freight forwarding company.

International Shipping

Outside of the U.S., we currently only ship to Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, UK, and Sweden. Non-U.S. customers will be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receipt of their shipment. We do not charge duties or taxes on checkout.

We do not accept refunds on any international orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If the shipment is marked as undeliverable, is returned to sender, or you do not pay duties and taxes, 15% of the order value and shipping fees will be excluded from your refund to cover our restocking fee.

Return Policy (USA ONLY)

Skin Truth is dedicated to bringing you the best in beauty. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS ARE LISTED BELOW.

Products must be SEALED and in LIKE NEW CONDITION. We have the right to refuse any return if the package and product is not in proper condition.

We accept up to three OPENED individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. After three OPENED ITEM returns or exchanges, you may make another one once 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed.

Returned OPENED products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not within these guidelines.

When you return a product, you may receive a full refund credited to your original payment method once your return has been approved and processed. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit, which will be automatically applied to your Skin Truth account. Just leave us a note which you would prefer in with your return.

Reward points and Store Credits are non-refundable for returned items.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If the original shipment is marked as undeliverable or is returned to sender and you would like a refund instead of re-shipment, 15% of the order value will be excluded from your refund to cover our restocking fee.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all skin devices, all Cymbiotika products, all supplements, all makeup products, all skincare bundles, and all hair care products. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

Free Gifts

Any free gifts with purchase must be included with your return, unopened and unused. If the free gift is NOT included with your return or has been opened or used, a minimum fee of $15 up to the maximum value of the gift with purchase will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.
