How to Use
For facial exfoliation, apply 1-2 times a week on freshly cleansed damp skin in light circular motions for 30 seconds. Remove with cool water and follow up with your Truth Treatment Systems regimen.

Slightly harsh
Used this one time. Do not use any pressure. I was surprised how abrasive this was. My skin was super smooth afterwards but it was abraded in areas and peeled. Be gentle!!
