What color should Discoloration Defense be when first opened?Upon breaking the plastic and opening, the color of Discoloration Defense can vary, ranging from a light brown to amber color. Due to the concentration of Kojic acid in this formula, a shift in color is expected but the formula remains effective.

How do you use Discoloration Defense? Discoloration Defense should be used by applying 3-5 drops to the face twice daily. Morning applications of this serum for dark spots should be applied after SkinCeuticals vitamin C serum and before SkinCeuticals broad spectrum sunscreen. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Sun exposure should also be limited while using this product.
