A clarifying lotion that helps control excess surface oil, relieve pore congestion and calm skin without excessively stripping or drying it out.

 

Skin that is oily tends to be the result of an overproduction of sebum and can lead to everything from a shiny complexion to breakouts. When addressing, it’s important to cut the shine without over drying, as this can exacerbate the problem. This daily, mattifying lotion utilizes sulfur to gently exfoliate dead skin buildup, while limiting irritation.  Then a calming blend of Zinc and vitamins B3 and B5 (niacinamide + pantothenic acid) helps stabilize surface oil, reduce the appearance of discoloration from prior breakouts and relieve the look of redness.

Directions

Frequency: Daily

Morning; Layer Under: Serum, moisturizer and sunscreen

Evening: Layer Under: Serum, moisturizer

Where: On blemishes and/or oily areas of the face.

Apply a thin layer to problem areas 1 to 2 times per day. Allow one minute to dry. Follow with moisturizer. Skin may experience a tingle as product dries. May be used as a spot treatment.

Tips:

  • Less is more with B3 Clarifying Complex. Apply a light layer over problem areas and allow the product to dry completely before layering with moisturizer or makeup.
  • Use it as a mattifying lotion. Apply a small amount to the T-zone daily to keep oil and shine at bay.
  • Perfect for men to use in between shaves to keep ingrown hairs away.
  • Use it on bug bites to calm and alleviate itching.
