HOW TO USE – AM and PM

• Dispense half a pump to ring finger

• Dot around both eyes and tap gently around entire orbital area, including eye lids and above brow.

• Add Total Eye® 3-in-1 Renewal Therapy SPF 35 in the AM for daily sun protection and color correction.

• Recommended for use twice daily.

• PRO TIP: Consistency and continued use are key to lasting results. While some may experience visible improvement sooner than others, results are often happening under the skin before they rise to the surface. The patients in our clinical study applied Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream twice daily (AM + PM) for 8 weeks to achieve optimal improvement. Though some patients noted improvements sooner than 8 weeks, we encourage continued use for lasting results.

Total Eye® has been Dermatologist tested and Ophthalmologist reviewed for irritation and sensitization and has undergone industry safety testing which deem it hypoallergenic and safe for contact lens wearers, and for use around the eye area and sensitive eyes. Please note this product is not allergy proof and may cause reaction in select individuals with history of allergies. In very small number of cases (less than one in a thousand), allergic reactions may be significant. If you experience such reaction, please discontinue product use and contact your physician.

As with any eye treatment product being used for the first time, Total Eye® may cause temporary skin reactions, including a slight tingling or irritation that should dissipate within minutes and get better with regular use. Use of certain products can potentially increase the probability of these reactions (e.g.: retinol, retinoids, alpha hydroxy, salicylic acid or niacinamide, etc).

My product won’t dispense / the pump is not working.

Products such as Pep Up® Collagen Boost Face & Neck Serum and Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream use an airless pump to dispense each formula which creates a vacuum to dispense the product. There is no straw in these components. Instead, there is a follower plate at the bottom of the bottle that rises as the product is pumped out, thus ensuring all product is evacuated from the bottle and allowing you to get every last drop!

If you are having trouble dispensing product from your pump, it is possible that your bottle's pump head may not be pushed all the way into place which prevents the vacuum action needed to dispense product. We're sorry about the inconvenience as this is not how we wish for our products to reach customers, but the good news is there is an easy fix that will get your product working quickly.  Please follow the following steps to get the pump head back into place and begin using your product.

1. Take off the silver overcap.

2. Next, pull up on the base of the metal pump head to see if it comes off. It should not twist, turn or wiggle at all. If it does move or come off....

3. Put the pump head back on the bottle neck and push it down firmly to get it aligned in the neck.

4. Now, working on a clean, towel/padded surface turn the bottle upside down onto the pump head and push the bottle straight down firmly until an audible snap is heard. You can use a bit of strength, while standing over the product, to push it down with your hand. The pump head will not break by pushing down on it this way but it does take a good firm push to hear the snap.

Now the pump head is properly snapped onto the bottle. It should dispense after several pumps to remove any air in the neck of the bottle.

We always recommend a skin patch test before starting a new product to ensure you don't experience any skin reactions, especially if adding to an existing treatment regimen.   

Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream was formulated without ingredients known to cause sensitivity when used in combination with Retinol and Alpha-Hydroxy / Beta-hydroxy acids. However, these ingredients alone may cause temporary skin reactions, including a slight tingling or irritation that should dissipate with minutes and get better within 3 days.
