"This is the only moisturizer that would allow me to be compliant with using high dose Accutane or tolerate titrating Retin-A strengths. This product is not greasy. The consistency of this cream is quite viscous. However, it melts into your skin, while also sealing an occlusive barrier to prevent trans epidermal water loss. I’ve recommended this product to dozens of friends with psoriasis or proud dry skin. It continues to be game changer whenever I require a treatment for severely dry/ flaky skin. I not only found it to be superior to other medical grade flagship moisturizers upwards of $170 for this caliber of hydration. Intensive Nourishing Cream gives your skin the tools it needs to: fortify its barrier, reduce inflammatory pathways & stimulate fibroblasts to treat the problem & not merely mask a symptom. The ingredient formulation is exceptional. Hydration lasts all day. This treats the cause of dehydrated skin not the symptoms. I cannot emphasize how well this works. "I used a smaller sample before and loved how it made my skin feel, so I bought the bigger size when the holiday sale came. My skin is dry and sensitive, this is calming , doesn’t sting or burn. I use it at night because it’s thicker . I wake up feeling hydrated and moisturized but not greasy. Worth the price."

"I love this moisturizer. I use it at night because it is a thicker moisturizer. If you have dry skin or dry patches, this is the best! I have normal skin but have a few dry places. It doesn’t make my face oily at all. It isn’t Heavy the next morning. It absorbs well."
