"It was my first time ordering the Obagi product line from Skin Truth, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My initial order arrived with a damaged box, and one item was missing. While Skin Truth did replace the lost item, I was informed that this was a one-time courtesy and that I would need to purchase package insurance for future orders. The replacement order was also problematic—the product had leaked during shipping. Receiving a medical-grade product with dried residue on the bottle and inside the packaging is concerning and does not reflect proper handling or quality standards. Overall, I’m unsure if this was simply a case of bad luck, but given these issues, I will likely return to purchasing through my dermatologist moving forward."
