Directions

How to Use

  • Step 1: Cleanse the skin and allow the skin to completely dry.
  • Step 2: Apply a thin layer of Obagi Nu-Cil™ Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line. (Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas)
  • Step 3: Wait 90 seconds for product to dry completely before applying another product to the skin.

NouriPlex® Technology

A unique blend of biotin, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and a proprietary lipid compound.

Biotin

Supports the natural production of keratin.

Proprietary Lipid Compound

Helps address the appearance of thinning, sparse lashes.

Sodium Hyaluronate
